Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
AdsAccelerators LLC provides professional marketing services delivered by a team over time. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to cancel. It applies to all purchases made through adsaccelerators.com.
2. Monthly retainers
- Retainers are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically.
- You may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice to hello@adsaccelerators.com. Work continues through the paid period.
- Fees for a month already started are non-refundable once work on that month has begun, because strategy, media management, and creative time are allocated in advance.
- If we have not started work on a newly billed month, you may request a full refund of that month's fee within 5 days of the charge.
3. One-time projects
- Deposits are refundable in full if you cancel within 48 hours of payment and before work begins.
- After work begins, refunds are prorated based on deliverables completed and hours committed.
- Once final deliverables are approved and handed over, payments are non-refundable.
4. Advertising spend
Advertising budgets are paid directly by you to platforms such as Google and Meta and are never held by us. We cannot refund media spend. Refund requests for platform charges must be made to that platform.
5. Discovery calls and audits
Free strategy calls and growth-plan audits carry no charge and therefore no refund applies.
6. How to request a refund
Email hello@adsaccelerators.com with your business name, invoice or payment date, and the reason for the request. We acknowledge every request within 2 business days and resolve it within 10 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
7. Billing disputes and chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — most billing issues are resolved within a couple of days. Charges on your statement appear as "Ads Accelerators". If you do not recognise a charge, email us and we will send the matching invoice.
