Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of adsaccelerators.com and any services purchased from AdsAccelerators LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its business address at 804 17th Ave S, St Petersburg, FL 33701, United States. By engaging our services or submitting a form on this site, you agree to these Terms.

We provide digital marketing services, which may include website and landing page development, funnel design, paid advertising management (Google, Meta, and similar platforms), conversion tracking and analytics, CRM and automation setup, and creative strategy. The exact scope, deliverables, and timelines for your engagement are set out in your proposal or order confirmation, which forms part of these Terms.

• All prices are quoted and charged in U.S. dollars (USD).
• Monthly retainers are billed in advance on the same date each month and renew automatically until cancelled.
• One-time projects are billed as stated in the proposal, typically 50% to start and 50% on delivery.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Advertising media spend is paid by you directly to the advertising platforms and is not included in our fees unless expressly stated.
• Invoices unpaid after 7 days may result in suspension of services.

Month-to-month retainers may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice to hello@adsaccelerators.com. Services continue and remain payable through the end of the notice period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

• Provide timely access to accounts, assets, brand materials, and approvals.
• Ensure all materials you supply are accurate, lawful, and do not infringe third-party rights.
• Comply with the policies of advertising platforms and applicable advertising laws.
• Fund your own advertising accounts and maintain valid billing with those platforms.

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, market, pricing, sales process, and platform policies. Case studies, statistics, and testimonials on this site reflect specific client results and are not a promise or guarantee of similar results for you. We do not guarantee any specific level of leads, revenue, or return on ad spend unless expressly written in a signed agreement.

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing frameworks, templates, and tools, and may reference the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only to perform or receive the services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost ad spend, or for actions taken by third-party platforms such as account suspensions.

We do not provide services for illegal products or services, adult content, gambling where prohibited, multi-level marketing, or any offer that breaches advertising platform policies. We may decline or terminate an engagement that falls into these categories.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
